Michael E. Tennenbaum
Senior Managing Partner, Tennenbaum Capital Partners

Mr. Tennenbaum became a member of Anacomp's Board of Directors on February 25, 2003 and became Chairman of the Board on March 16, 2004. He is the Senior Managing Partner of Tennenbaum Capital Partners, LLC, a private equity firm with approximately $4 billion under management. Before forming TCP, he served for 32 years in various capacities at Bear Stearns, including Vice Chairman, Investment Banking. Mr. Tennenbaum has served on the Boards of many public and private companies, including Tosco Corporation, Jenny Craig, Inc., and Arden Group. In addition to Anacomp, he currently serves as Chairman of Pemco Aviation Group, Inc., and Chairman of WinCup, Inc. A graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mr. Tennenbaum received an M.B.A. with honors from the Harvard Business School.

Howard Dratler
Chief Executive Officer, Anacomp

Mr. Dratler was appointed Anacomp's CEO on February 1, 2007. Prior to joining Anacomp, Mr. Dratler served as the Executive Vice President of Field Operations for EMC/Captiva Software, a leading provider of enterprise data capture software that was acquired by EMC in December 2005. Before joining Captiva, he served as the Executive Vice President of Field Operations for Allocity, a venture capital-funded start-up targeting the email application storage market. Prior to that, Mr. Dratler served in a variety of executive positions at VERITAS Software, most recently as Vice President/GM of strategic platform alliances, where he developed and executed business expansion strategies.

Alan B. Howe
Vice President of Strategic and Wireless Business Development, Covad Communications

Mr. Howe has extensive operational, corporate finance and business development experience. Since May 2005, he has served as Vice President of Strategic and Wireless Business Development for Covad Communications, Inc., a national broadband telecommunications company. From April 2001 to May 2005, Mr. Howe was a founding partner and principal at Broadband Initiatives, LLC, a boutique consulting and advisory firm. Previously, Mr. Howe was Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development of Teletrac, Inc. from 1995 to 2001. Mr. Howe joined Teletrac from Sprint, where he was Director of Corporate Development from 1994 to 1995 and one of the initial team members that helped start Sprint PCS. Mr. Howe is a member of the board of directors of Alliance Semiconductor Corporation, Crossroads Systems, Inc., and Dyntek, Inc. He holds a B.A. in business administration from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from the Indiana University Kelley Graduate School of Business with a specialty in finance.

Michael Leitner
Managing Partner, Tennenbaum Capital Partners

Prior to joining Tennenbaum Capital Partners, Mr. Leitner served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for WilTel Communications, leading the firm's strategy, mergers and acquisitions effort. Prior to that, Mr. Leitner served as CEO of GlobeNet Communications and Vice President of Corporate Development of 360networks, leading both companies through successful restructurings. Prior to 360networks, Mr. Leitner was a Senior Director of Corporate Development for Microsoft Corporation, managing corporate investments and acquisitions in the telecommunications, managed services, and business applications software sectors. Prior to Microsoft, he was a Vice President in the technology M&A group at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Leitner serves on the board of several public and private companies. He received a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Philip M. Tseng
Principal, Tennenbaum Capital Partners

Philip Tseng serves as a Principal at Tennenbaum Capital Partners, LLC, where he has completed transactions in the technology, telecommunications and retail sectors since joining in 2004. Previously, Mr. Tseng worked at Credit Suisse First Boston, an international investment banking firm, focusing on technology and business services and, from August 1998 to January 2000, with Deutsche Banc Alex Brown, an international investment banking firm, in the telecommunications group. Mr. Tseng serves on the board of ITC^DeltaCom, an integrated communications service provider. He received his BA in Economics from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
