Howard Dratler
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Dratler was appointed to Chief Executive Officer of Anacomp on February
1, 2007. Prior to joining Anacomp, Mr. Dratler served as the Executive Vice
President of Field Operations for EMC/Captiva Software, a leading provider of
enterprise data capture software that was acquired by EMC in December 2005.
Before joining Captiva, he served as the Executive Vice President of Field
Operations for Allocity, a venture capital-funded start-up targeting the email
application storage market. Prior to that, Mr. Dratler served in a variety of
executive positions at VERITAS Software, most recently as Vice President/GM of
strategic platform alliances, where he developed and executed business expansion
strategies.
Jeffrey S. Cartwright
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Cartwright was appointed to Senior Vice President, Chief Financial
Officer in February, 2006. In this role, he is responsible for Anacomp's
financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, investor
relations and corporate finance. Prior to his joining Anacomp, Mr. Cartwright
served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of New Horizons
Worldwide, a leading provider of IT training. He has also held senior level
financial positions at SOLA International, Borg-Warner Security and Emerson
Electric. Mr. Cartwright received his MBA from University of Chicago and his
B.A. degree from Michigan State University.
Thomas P. Cunningham
Senior Vice President, Worldwide Operations
Mr. Cunningham is responsible for the overall operations and direction of the
Anacomp's document capture and management business. Prior to becoming SVP and
General Manager, Mr. Cunningham served as SVP of Professional Services since
December of 2000, where he was instrumental in growing the docHarbor service
offering. He joined the company as part of the First Image acquisition in April
of 1998 as Vice President of Technical Support. In addition to key corporate
positions at Anacomp, Mr. Cunningham has held field-based management positions
at both First Image and Zytron. In his 20-plus years of experience in the
document management industry, he has established himself as a results-oriented
leader. Mr. Cunningham received his education in Business from Massasoit
Community College and Bentley College.
John Turner
Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Turner was promoted to Chief Technology Officer in January 2007 and is
responsible for Anacomp's strategic product direction including the CaseLogistix
products. He joined Anacomp as Vice President, Product Marketing, in July 2006.
Mr. Turner has held a number of executive positions with technology companies in
the UK and USA, developing innovative software-based, service-delivered
technology to support companies in many industry verticals. Using technology to
effective positive change has been a central part of his career and was
extensively leveraged at Cap Gemini, where he was one of three executives
accountable for the delivery of all large programs in the US. He was responsible
for order entry and other customer-facing systems at Gateway Computers. For
several years prior to joining Anacomp he advised Fortune 200 companies on how
to successfully manage large technology enabled business transformations. Mr.
Turner has a BSc Degree from Westminster University in London, England and a
Diploma in Management Studies from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen,
Scotland.
Tom Ullman
Senior Vice President, US Sales
Mr. Ullman joined Anacomp as Senior Vice President of US Sales in September
of 2007. Mr. Ullman brings more than 22 years of technology experience and over
17 years of successful sales management experience in the capture and enterprise
software realms, most recently as Director of Americas Sales at EMC Captiva. Mr.
Ullman also served in sales management roles at Veritas, Platinum Technology and
Prime Computer Corporation. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of
Colorado.
Bill Shute
Senior Vice President, Enterprise Program Management Office
In September of 2007, Mr. Shute was named Senior Vice President of Anacomp's
Enterprise Program Management Office, working cross functionally to ensure the
on-time delivery of a robust portfolio of capture, litigation and BPM offerings
while concurrently maintaining Anacomp's long-standing commitment to world-class
services to its customers and partners. Mr. Shute brings to the role a long
track record of success with senior management positions in sales, marketing and
customer-focused delivery services within Anacomp. He holds a Bachelor of Arts
in Business/Marketing from California State University, Fullerton and is a
Graduate of the Defense Language Institute.
Wayne Ford
Senior Vice President, Marketing, Channels, and Strategic Alliances
Mr. Ford joined Anacomp as Senior Vice President of Marketing, Channels, and
Strategic Alliances in July of 2007. In this role, he oversees corporate and
solutions marketing, partners, and business development. Mr. Ford's
responsibilities also include corporate identity and awareness, demand
generation, product marketing, go-to-market strategy, and indirect revenue via
channels and alliances. Prior to joining Anacomp, Mr. Ford was the Vice
President responsible for OEM sales, channels, alliances, and business
development for the Captiva imaging business of EMC Corporation. Prior to
Captiva, Mr. Ford was the Sr. Director of Platform OEM sales and alliances at
VERITAS Software. In his 25 years in the high-tech industry, Mr. Ford has held
many senior sales positions with companies including Quantum Corporation and
Hewlett-Packard. Mr. Ford holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering
Technology from DeVry University of Arizona.
Arthur (Art) J. DiScipio
Senior Vice President and General Manager, Multi-Vendor Services Global Operations
Mr. DiScipio was promoted to SVP of Multi-Vendor Service (MVS) Operations in
September of 2003 after leading the Eastern US Operations since July of 2002.
Mr. DiScipio joined Anacomp in 1997 to head the US and Canadian Technical
Services Organization with responsibility for integrating the former TS and
Document Solutions Divisions. Prior to joining Anacomp, Mr. DiScipio held a
number of senior management positions for Digital Equipment Corporation and
Polaroid Corporation. During Art's 18-year career with DEC, he held key
corporate and field management positions. Mr. DiScipio served as a corporate
worldwide manager responsible for sales, strategy, financials, and delivery of
services in over 200 locations internationally. He also held positions in
business management, regional management and financial management. During his
tenure at Polaroid, Mr. DiScipio held positions in distribution, finance,
logistics, and operations. Mr. DiScipio holds a Master's degree in Business
Administration from Suffolk University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from
Northeastern University.
Lesli (Lynn) Mullahey
Senior Vice President, Information Technology Services
Ms. Mullahey was promoted to Senior Vice President after serving as Anacomp's
Vice President of Information Technology Services since September 2002. In her
role, Ms. Mullahey oversees the company's global IT resources which include the
corporate infrastructure; LAN, WAN, telecommunications and help desk.
Additionally she supports the companies back office, as well as Internet and
intranet applications. Ms. Mullahey began her career with Anacomp in 1987,
previously serving as Director of the applications development group, as well as
in a variety of management roles within the IT organization. Possessing more
than twenty years of management experience, Ms. Mullahey received a B.S. degree
in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
Paul J. Najar
Executive Vice President/Administration, General Counsel and Secretary
Mr. Najar was promoted to Anacomp's Executive Vice President in April 2002 after serving as Vice President/Administration, General Counsel and Secretary since November 2000. In this role, he is responsible for the company's administrative and legal affairs, including commercial and corporate matters, corporate governance and compliance, acquisitions and dispositions, intellectual property protection, litigation management, real estate and infrastructure, employee benefits and corporate security. Mr. Najar joined Anacomp in 1996 as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Previously, he was an attorney for the University of California, Irvine, specializing in scientific research and ethics, employee relations and real estate matters. Mr. Najar also served as a litigation attorney and Assistant Secretary for California Federal Bank F.S.B. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Corporate Counsel Association and the San Diego Bar Association. Mr. Najar received his J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law and holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Humanities from the University of California, Irvine.
