Paul Najar was promoted to Executive Vice President in April 2002 after serving as Vice President/Administration, General Counsel and Secretary since November 2000. In this role, he is responsible for the company' s administrative and legal affairs, including commercial and corporate matters, corporate governance and compliance, acquisitions and dispositions, intellectual property protection, litigation management, real estate and infrastructure, employee benefits and corporate security. Mr. Najar joined Anacomp in 1996 as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Previously, he was an attorney for the University of California, Irvine, specializing in scientific research and ethics, employee relations and real estate matters. Mr. Najar also served as a litigation attorney and Assistant Secretary for California Federal Bank F.S.B. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Corporate Counsel Association and the San Diego Bar Association. Mr. Najar received his J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law and holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Humanities from the University of California, Irvine.

Douglas Kaminski is Vice President of Sales–Litigation Support for Anacomp, Inc., a leader in document imaging and technology for law firms and corporate legal departments. In this capacity, he works on a regular basis with thousands of attorneys and paralegals around the country in both law firms and major corporations. He is a member of the Detroit Bar Association, is Vice President and on the Advisory Board of the Society of Corporate Secretaries & Governance Professionals.
As a speaker and author, he is highly requested nationwide and compresses a large amount of useful information into each seminar. Mr. Kaminski has spoken before the American Bar Association, the National Federation of Paralegal Associations and many other bar associations, paralegal organizations, and various legal professional groups. His articles have been published in Corporate Counsel Magazine, Metropolitan Corporate Counsel, the National Paralegal Reporter, and many other legal industry journals.

Tom O'Connor is a nationally known consultant, speaker and writer in the area of computerized litigation support systems. He is a New England native who graduated from The Johns Hopkins University in 1972 with a BA in Political Science. After attending law school for one year at The University of Notre Dame, Tom returned to Baltimore and undertook a career as a paralegal specializing in complex litigation.
His initial exposure to a document intensive case came several years later when he assisted several public interest firms in Boston with a class action voting rights suit brought on behalf of patients at state hospitals. Over the years he has been involved in asbestos litigation, the Keating case, the San Diego Civic Center construction litigation, California class actions against crematoriums, national breast implant litigation, tobacco litigation on behalf of the Attorney General of Texas and various phases of the Enron litigation.
Tom's involvement with large cases led him to become familiar with dozens of various software applications for litigation support and he has both designed databases and trained legal staffs in their use on many of the cases mentioned above. This work has involved both public and private law firms of all sizes across the nation and, over the past several years, has expanded to include electronic document depositories and trial presentation systems.
A frequent lecturer on the subject of legal technology, Tom has been on the faculty of numerous national CLE providers and is also a member of the advisory board of the national American Lawyer Media LegalTech conferences. A prolific writer on the subject, with articles in numerous legal publications as well as being the Editor of several legal newsletters, Tom is also the author of The Automated Law Firm, a guide to computer systems and software published by Aspen Law & Business, now in its fourth edition and The Lawyers Guide to Summation, published by the ABA. He is currently the Director of the Legal Electronic Document Institute, a non profit corporation established to promote the development of education and standards in the field of legal electronic documents, including practice management of electronic documents, electronic trial practice with litigation support systems, e-filing, e-signatures and e-discovery.
Sometime over the past 18 years, Tom also found time to return to law school and acquire a J.D. He and his eighteen year old son, Seamus hope someday to have their own float in the Krewe of Tucks Mardi Gras parade in which they ride every year, down the Mississippi down in New Orleans, where Tom now resides.

Gayle O' Connor is the Solutions Marketing Manager, Litigation for Anacomp. She began her career in the legal industry as a law librarian in 1987 when she joined the largest law firm in Northern California. Since then, she has held a variety of positions within the industry, most recently as an Independent Legal Technology Consultant where she worked for the US Federal Courts as the in-court trial technologist for the recent Hells Angels case in Washington State. Prior to that, O' Connor was the Director of Marketing for Ixio Corporation and the Marketing Manager for the Legal Division of the Pro2Net, an online portal for the legal community. Additionally, she spent a number of years with CourtLink where she managed a strategic relationship with West Group' s Westlaw Online Service.
O' Connor is a nationally recognized legal technology expert and has spoken for numerous associations and international conferences including the ABA TECHSHOW, American Lawyer Media LegalTech, Glasser LegalWorks, Online World and the New Zealand Law Society. She has been published in American Lawyer Media' s Law Technology News as well as a number of Alert Publication newsletters.
O' Connor is active in a number of associations including the American Bar Association where she is an active member of the Law Practice Management Section. In the past, O' Connor spent two years as a member of the board of the ABA TechShow planning committee. O' Connor provides a wealth of legal industry knowledge to the table as well as an unfettered degree of enthusiasm.
